I absolutely loved the charm and decoration of this lovely hotel. The general areas were beautifully furnished with comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The hotel's accessibility for seniors was exceptional, with easy access ramps and spacious corridors that made it very convenient to navigate with my walker. It was such a relief to find a hotel that catered to the needs of senior guests like myself.
I would have loved to have more organized activities for seniors during my stay. The children working there were very helpful and accommodating, but I think having some planned events or excursions specifically tailored for senior guests would make the vacation even more enjoyable.

The hotel provided the ideal place to spend our holidays with our large family. The exceptional attractions of Gardaland, Italy's biggest amusement park, were just a 10-minute distance away. Our children absolutely loved the thrilling rides and entertainment options. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all guests, including children, had a great time. The clean and well-maintained property, coupled with the breathtaking views of the mountains and lake from our room, made our vacation truly unforgettable.
For dads, it would be great to have more hooks or places to hang beach towels.
